dil pump chain??

got my bottom end apart now and theres a little slack in the chain from the oil pump to the small plastic pulley!
should there be a slight slack or is it all worth replacing as apart anyway???

When I had my sump off my chain was well slack, that's how it's always been as I never touched it, hasn't caused any problems either
