DIN connector damaged on end of antenna

Car  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Still can't pick up any stations, changed aerial base twice so it's not that. I now believe it's the actual end of the lead, the DIN connector. Any idea how to repair it or beat way to fix it? I've tried foil :(

Done that and still same :( I'm having the whole cable replaced, that's next option. If that doesn't fix it, then god knows haha!

I had the no signal issue , replaced the base , in the end I replaced this cable and it sorted it - I put it down to the dodgy aerial connection on mine though

I'm now gonna replace the cable! I am getting someone who's an audio specialist to do it though! Is it hard?

the hardest part of changing a roof aerial is trying not to knacker the roof lining. otherwise its pretty straightforward.

I've already replaced the aerial base on the roof twice :P having the actual cable from back of headunit replaced :)
