dipped beam bulbs

hi im in the middle of changing my dipped beam bulbs but i cant get the bulbs back in to the light units

any tips

the bulbs have 3 lugs 2 small one large, the largest needs to be pointing upward, place it in and twist slightly till its snug.

thanks mate i have got one done but the other wont turn to lock in to place

just a bit fiidley mate keep trying, same on both sides
