any good?

at the moment ive got a JBL GT06000 1100W amp and a 15" JBL 1000W GT4 sub. but i think it sounds really crap. i want sumthin with more deep bass and a good sound from outside the car too!

is the link above any better than what ive got already? if not, any suggestions? im goin for a 12" now cos 15" is too large!
