Its not easy otherwise there wouldnt be a point in it. It would cheaper to get a new key or whatever part is needed

yea went to renault they said i need a new key, £120+vat bit much for a key i thought! my car is now not working and im without it for the lead time of thekey(10 days)

Some Auto Locksmiths can do it I was quoted around £140 and i'm not sure if it's reversable. Like said better waiting for the key but then again who knows when it's going to go again? I was tempted.

Plip bit is £60 ish

Key is £12 then its approx 0.5 hour to program often aharged as.
