Disc & Pad questions Clio 16 valve P1

I have a 16 valver phase 1. I went to GSF to get some new front discs an d pads and came away witht he wrong ones. I have looked on their website and found the right discs but the front pads seem to have 2 chioces, Girling or Bendix type. Is their anyway of telling which type i have?
Also i assume the standard discs are vented 259mm?

Std discs are 259mm vented items.

The pads refer to what type of caliper you have.

I always forget which way roudn they are, but i thinbk its if you can see teh whole of the tops of the pads you ahve girling, and if you can't then they are bendix.....need to check if i have those the right way around though

yup you do Lunner, on the girling pad in the middle of the pad is a little hole which you can see when you look at the calipers through the wheel

all valvers are girling, bendix is for the non vented disc on RT's etc.

Odd that seeing as my 1.2 with solid discs had girling calipers
