Discs going a bluey colour?

Just fitted new discs and green stuff pads, the discs have got a blue kind of ring formed round them.. this normal??

did u clean the disks before you put them on with meths ? to remove the waxy oil coating

Yeah used some brake cleaner to clean the discs before fitting them

its normal on new discs once you put some heat into them.
