DLL error message?

Keep getting this error popping up every time I start windows (I've got XP, just looks like Vista because I've got that Vista Insirat thing). Then when I start up itunes I get the second message:

I thought it might be a problem with AVG free because of what it says "avgcc.exe" but I've triend uninstalling and reinstalling it and the message still comes up. And that also doesn't explain the itunes message. What the frig is going on?!

I had something similar a few days ago. I ran Microsoft update and there was a fix that was downloaded, something to do with illegal dll relocation of third party software. I'd try that first, it might do the trick.

uininstall and re-install i-tunes maybe mate!

Re-register both dll's.

Go to the Run item on the Start menu, and type:

regsvr32 <path & filename of dll>

I've had exactly the thing for a while now and downloaded the fix from Microsoft but it hasn't helped. It is affecting AVG and Nero.
