Do Clio 16v Turbines fit a 182?

As the the title suggests, Do Clio 16v Turbines fit a 182?
I've got a set that I had for years I took off one of my old R5's and am about to purchase my first Clio 182 and think I'll run my wet tyres on them.

I had Williams wheels on my 172cup, also tried Renault 19v turbines. Drove much better on 15’s
