Im having alot of work done to my car in a week or so - the question is, do i have my bump strips colour coded?
I cant decide whether it will look better or not, what do you guys think?

also i need to know from anyone whos had their doors de-locked whether it put their insurance up or down?

for some reason i think the door strips look OK coded, but not the rear and front bumper strips. But if u dont do it all, it looks odd. So i dont know really.

A bit of grey/black breaks up the colour. then ud need to get the handle done. unless ur gonna de-handle? B4 that id de-lock it.

thats what i was thinking - it just kinda breaks the colour up a bit but im not sure - ive got till the 22nd to decide but im not sure - its booked in to be de-locked aswell but i need to know if it puts your insurance up or if it takes it down

wud have thought de-locking put its down as its more theft deterrant.

not sure how de-handling affects an MOT job tho.

not planning to de-handle it yet- just de-lock, colour code, new bumper, bonnet, fronts wings and front lights

its only costing me £140 because the guy is doing it me a bit cheaper as im having quite a bit of work done

id love to nick the valver but ive bought the clio because i needed to drop down in engine size to save me some money -

im having the boot debadged and the brake light removed, im having it de-locked, im having 16v front wings and bumper put on and sprayed and im having a phase 2 bonnet and lights put on



plus all my ice and alarm and my new steering wheel.......

Isnt all that stuff gonna cost you the difference between an RT and valver anyway ?

its not a rt, its a sport! lol

i would love a valver but the reason ive bought this is because i got 6points at the beginning of the year for driving without insurance (even though i had insurance, long story) so ive had to drop down in engine size as my insurance is gonna be sky high on renewal
