Dodgy rear wiper?

Hi,

My rear wiper seems to be working properly but it only wipes half the screen (horizontally), so i can see through the bottom half of the window but not the top? Does anyone know why this is happening?

Also is the itermittent supposed to only have a 1 second delay before wiping again, or can i change this? (i dont have an variable speed setting on the wiper stick)

the standard wiper misses a small section at the top but sounds like your is missing a lot use some water on it turn it on and have a look whats happening might just be the rubber need cleaning or you need a new one they can break a lot depends hwo you use it give it a squirt of water before you use it and mine lasted 50k or so.
