Dodo Juice Waxs and pre wax cleaners will not make that much of an in road into making you car look any better than it does using Meguiars Products.
In what way do you want to make the car look better ? - improve its looks, gloss, depth shine, defect correction ?
If any of the above - a good polish is the main way to get the car looking better.

Got lime prime, but only have SN1, not prepared to waste more money on SN2 when BOS is meeting all my expectations still. No other wax I have tried so far has impressed me as much so I am quite reluctant to spend more money and have another wax stuck in the cupboard I won't use. I have a huge pile of waxes now I never use.
With Dodo I have already spent money on Orange Crush, Purple Haze and Double Wax to find all of those not very special. Until the I have used up the huge array of waxes I have Zymol Concours, Destiny, Swissvax Mystery (none of which I like as much as BOS) I wont be considering any more SN which knowing Dodo Juice being like Renault will by on the SN v6 with Cup packs by then ...
When the BOS is nearly gone and the above used up I will see what is about them. I am currently finding myself using Vics Concours more and more as it may not be as durable as BOS, but looks wise it is damn close, especially when I use all Carnaubas over Megs #7 these days which means the LSP adds very little.
The point I am making to the original poster is rather than upgrading from his Megs to Dodo Juice if he really wants to have a step up in looks will be nowhere as impressive as a machine polish with some decent polishes.

Noooo It's better, my ONXY went all soft, the Mystery us harder, not much older either.
Not that i've waxed a car since FCS! LOL...Not washed the 172 since i've got it. Bothered.
