Does anyone know what size socket,bolt and screw used in this guide are so i can get what i need,also will the car drive ok still with just the back lowered untill i can get the springs?

looks like an M10 and a 30mm socket just as a guess

similar set up to the R5GTT I screwed a bolt into the torsion bar and used a brass drift and a big hammer, being careful not to catch the sill/wheel arch,
Working from one end knocking it in and then going round the other side and doing the same until the torsion bar moves off the splines. Worked for me as my 5GTT was over 16 years old the torsion bars were fookin solid. It was the only way to shift them.
