Can't watch the video as I'm sat in the pub and would look like a dick, but does the noise only appear when warm, and disappears with revs over ~2k?

dephaser is well & truly fubared.

Would have been there like that when you bought it- possible car run warm to quiten it down.

Around £600/650 all in.
