They are dead easy to fit, if it the powerflex ones u went for then they have copper plaste supplied with it just stick that in and it slides straight in.

burn the old ones out with a blowtorch or something to that effect.

I just did the job today. The old ones have a metal outing, but are pretty easily pressed out. I thought it would have given me some trouble looking at it, but was easy peasy.

I found it hard to press the new two halfs in. ended up grinding a TAD bit off each one and jobs a good'un

Like the mod very much, throttle response is nice. Do'nt want to even think about what the Vibratechnics (top)mounts must be like. Next ! whenever the topmounts i have fail

Why do you need a guide?? Remove bushes using any manner possible then press in new ones using a vice...?
