Donnington trackday

We missed a brilliant opportunity yesterday for some track time at Donnington. It was an open day and I only found out about it at the last minute but it was £70 for the day or just £40 for the afternoon. Needless to say I went down and found that it was actually pretty quiet. The next time one of these events takes place I will let you all know beforehand so we can maybe organsise a bit of a meet!

Nice. Donington Park=Awesome! Were they running sessions or open pit lane?

Open pit. To be honest it was so open that you probably could have got away with going on for free! Some nice cars there including a Lamborghini Diablo and a 550BHP Saph Cossie!

Thats encouraging - when I heard about these cheap Sundays I had visions of every local XR2 owner turning up for a blast against his mates, with subsequent carnage. I think Ive seen that Cossie there in the past - blue one with very chirpy dump valve.

Track days can be a bit unpredictable at this time of year. Easytrack had one at Brands Hatch last Saturday.... Druids looks a little slippery:
