door cards & stripping interior

i have stripped my car and am wanting to remove the front door cards and the rear panels that hold the speakers, however, i want to keep the speakers. is there any way of doing this? are there any aftermarket cards and inserts i can get or would i have to get some custom done.

also, how do you remove the centre console? i have just ripped the foam out from under the carpets and left the bit under the centre console.

you could just drill holes in the door and fit the speakers via an MDF baffle. drill the baffle to the door and then the speaker to the baffle.
the center console is screwed in beneath the ashtray/drinks holder which pull out and clips around the side you can yank off!
