Door Leak

Hi ppl,
My 02 Clio has started letting in water on the passenger side door. It just seems to be a trickle appearing at the bottom of the door, on the plastic trim that connects to the carpet. Any one had any expirence of this? I've have a look and cant see any rubbers out of place. Is it just a case of a new set of rubber seals?

Open the door, remove the rubber seal and re-fit it. Maybe its come loose mate. A friend had this on her 182. Specifically - check the weird rubber bit behind where the mirror would be when the door is close - looks like a point ear-shaped bit of rubber. It fits into a litle groove in the body.

mine did this a couple of times then just stopped!!

i think it was the drain holes in the bottom of the door were blocked but cant be certain. mine was the drivers side but same problem.

Thanks for the replies ppl. I will check the drain holes 2moro. Are these the drain holes that the sunroof uses? If so, and they are blocked....how do you get them unblocked?

doubt it.

open your door and look right underneath, you should see some small holes. go to a garage and blast some air in them?
