Door Lock

Hi,

Driver side door lock is broken and damage. The door wont lock when using the key in.

How do I replace a new one? how much does it cost?

I needed to be fix quick as possible. Getting new locker from dealer would take few days? few days is too long for me.

You will have to strip the door panel off to see what has failed.

If you say the door just wont lock, I assume it turns when you put the key in, so its not the barrel thats broken. ???

The door lock mechanism is a series of rods and levers, one of these may have come off.

You will have to strip it to check, there is no "magic spray" solution.

you know a button (open / lock) near the gear, well both door locked when i pressed this button..

so that barrel cant be broken?

strip the panel and have a look, one of the connection bars may of come off
