Aren't the smaller ones phase 1 and the larger phase 2?
Some people with the earlier ones swap for the later, chunkier, items.
Seems like yours has a bit of a mix and match.
To sort you'll need to replace the odd-one-out, and obviously see about painting.
Although I could be completely wrong on all of the above.
