Downloadable games

What i am looking for is a website (if one exists of course), that allows people to download full working versions of games for payment (ie downloading instead of buying it from a shop)

Does anyone know if such a site exists? Preferably if they are fairly recent games.

I can think of two at the moment Direct2Drive and Steam. Never used D2D but I've used Steam for a few games.

Oh and EA Link , nearly forgot about that.
