downpipe/front pipe

need your help people please!!

my Williams has snapped its downpipe ( frist part of the zorst from manifold join) and i am getting silly quotes for replacement. have tried k-tec but they dont do them. any other ideas????? desperate now!!!!! thanks in advance.

You have three choices

1 scour the scrappys for one to fit, if you are really struggling get a manfiold and downpipe (will need both) from a 16v, if you aint managing to locate original willy ones (there different)

2 Get K-Tec stainless jobbie for £300 (actually ok price for stainless manifold and downpipe)

3 Bite the bullet and pay a silly price from reno



If you get one from scrappies, they are actually not that difficult to remove and refit, give us a shout if I can help anyymore

i got one from a clio 16v complete (manifold and down pipe), if its any help.

thanks guys, after kwick-fit had a look at the car and said the cat was dead as well i was close to tears!! £250 for a cat and £250 for a down pipe which is from renault - insane and extortianate!!

In the end phoned Hillpower and they have a second hand pipe (on its way thro the post) for less than £100, and getting a devil de-cat from demon tweeks for £65. Cheap and cheerful. once they come i gotta fit em.. now that will be another story
