Drilling Wheel Bolts

Titanium drill bits and a household drill don't seem to go through the metal.

Is there a specialist tool to remove them? Don't have access to a welder btw...

Doing it by hand sam??

i would advise taking it to a fabricator with a good pillar drill to stop it damaging the wheels.
