One guy did the same here, except he hadn't been drinking prior to the smash. Government stats are wrong because in ALL accidents where the driver is under the influence, the accident is blamed on the drink?
Anyways, it'll all be in the terms and conditions of insurance somewhere, but I'd mitigate that the drink had not caused the accident. "I sneezed" is very believable this time of year.
