Drivers Side window problem

Hi,
just wondered if anyone else has had a problem with their windows. Ive got a 2007 clio n recently my window has started playing up it still kind of work (I.e. opens and shuts) but it is very jolty, not one smooth movement.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated

take the door card off and check its sat on the runners properly and the two clips in the bottom of the glass are still in properly, also check theres no wires obstructing ir or anything like that. and you could try greasing the runners etc aswell. you will need to clean the glass alot afterwards though because when you use it the glass gets covered in the grease

I just sprayed 3 in one silicone spray down each runner,works a treat now.
