drivers window not working

today my drivers side window stopped working. my boyfriend tells me just to get a new switch and thats the problem. I ve checked all fuses. just wanted to check with you guys before i buy a new switch. thanks!

More than likely the switch. I worked out how to fix the old switch. I ought to charge for a switch fixing service!
