For anyone after a driveshaft for a 172 cup. Val Auto-parts in Carmarthen sourced a new one for around £80 (+ £15 sur) for next day.
Great service, no quibble returns if necessary and miles cheaper than the genuine one Renault quoted me at £272.
Two year guarantee, splines and legnth matched perfectly with my current item.
So far everything seems OK.
Reason for posting is that no-one else could source one for me short notice and took me hours of ringing to find - everyone was out of stock.
Might help someone else in a pinch.
