Are the clio driveshafts universal?.. I need a couple for my 172 cup and want to make sure thats all.

They are not interchangeable. The shafts a the clio sports are stronger and balanced for higher speeds. Theres even minor differences between 182 and 172 driveshafts.

ah i see cheers guys... just makes the search easier thats all if i dont have to stick to finding ones from a 172 cup only.. so would i be fine if i used ones from any of the RS range (Ph1/ph2 - 172/182/cup blah blah)?

Davebem: are these slight changes you talk of between the 172/82 enough for me NOT to go for 182 shafts?
