Driving nightmare...

Today, I was driving in my shoes after walking across some wet grass (very interesting, I know :rasp: )

After driving for a bit I changed from 2nd to 3rd bt my wet foot completely slipped off the clutch pedal viciously as I did that and I herd a large bang from the engine

The car carried on running fine after that, but will I have done any long term damage to the clutch?

Bang will probly be from the gearbox. Hopefully if nothing has changed you may have got away with it. A lad i know completely took out 3rd gear in his 106, only had 17000 miles on it aswell.
