dtm spoiler

can anyone who knows how to fit a dtm spoiler please give me a detailed explanation on the best way to do it cos i have one but would like to fit it with as little hastle as possible.cheers everyone.i am sure someone can help me

have u actually tried fitting it ?

im guessing it should bolt straight on there...

its on my car, it was a b**ch to fit on, as the bolts go through the top of the boot and the top of the boot aint flat and its like a tube so you have to make a round hole on the inside so you can get access to where you would need to bolt it on. and the boot dont open properly without hitting the roof. there is only one place where it will go as the roof brackets are close by

cheers might have a go but aint sure how big are the holes on the inside of the car near the hinges.doesent that weaken the window and boot to much.

hehe well the path to modding was never meant to be easy! Thats a quality spoiler though.

it doesnt weaken the boot at all, you have to make the hole through one side of the boot then put the two holes on the outside and you need the hole you made on the inside in order to fit a tiny socket set through it to tighten the spoiler on, you have about an 1cm square to manouvre the socket set. good luck ill post a pic of the inside of mine

yeah a pic would really help.isnt the hole right near the hinges.i suppose if its only 1cmsquare it wont be too bad.can u pm me the pic please.
