that may be of some use, they get ur paint code from ur reg too, just incase you dont know it. You get some free lacquer too
as for the black marks, they should just polish out imo.

blinking man in his jeep just rolled into back of my car and now i have a huge black mark accross back of car. Also couple of chips of paint
what should i use on the black marks??
how much is touch up paint??

Do the sensible thing and get him to pay for someone else to sort it? Touching up chips looks sh*t.

Then proceed to bag dead body and dump in ocean with large lead weights so body will not be found.
Next step is to find local cheap body repair centre and get quote, once quote is give tell them its cheaper at BLAH BLAH body repairs down the road to which they will more than likely price match or beat..... get car repaired, post how happy you are with said paint repair company so people who are local to you can use, then drive car as nothing ever happened.

Halfords do touch up pens which are ok if you are going to sand/polish afterwards. Think they are £7.99 for the two pen kits and £10.49 for the 3 pen kits. Which kit you need depends on the colour of the car.

Just scuffing marks?
Or some marring occured also on the plastic rearbumper?
You could polish those black scuffing marks off...
But paint chipping is another story.
You've got a Metallic colour on the car?
Touching up can be done, still you need some filler to fill in the gaps.
