Dying for a Wii

After being shafted on delivery date by a mail order company (now expected May!) I've been looking everywhere for one of these around Sussex/Croydon, anyone selling or know where I can find one? Tried all the usual online places

^^ Depends what kind of gamer you are, IMO its a great family console, I have one, great fun regardless of age. PC world down Purley way (A23) have had them for the last week or so, just keep checking, most places get in 10 or so every week.

the games r so short nd easy plus wen u add up the price of numchuks remotes etc its expensive

There are some great and enduring games for the Wii! Mario Galaxy, Metroid, Resident Evil 4 and Star Wars Complete Trilogy and Zelda to name but 5 (although after that I am struggling!)

There should be lots more decent offerings in 2008 though, the new Super Smash Brothers for a start.

mario galaxy is brilliant but to easy,metroid prime is the worst fps ive played hated using numchuck with that game. i think game developers will run out of ideas with the control

Got a 360 already, but my gf really likes the Wii and says the 360 is too 'male orientated' and she doesn't like any of the games, tried all the usual places but might give pc world in purley a go tomorrow, or wander down into town first thing!

Dont get me wrong the Wii is a good laugh but just doesnt get used enough and it is downstairs so it never gets a look in over bloody corry or eastenders lol.
