Most problems I can sort out and ones i'm stuck on I use google but this problem is really doing my head in!!
Any input/help would really would be fantastic.
Outline:
Lets say domain is: www.longy.com (hosted by third party)
exchange FQDN is: mx1.longy.com (pointing at our exchange box ip)
rDNS is: mx1.longy.com
Problem:
rick@longy.com can send e-mails to everyone no probs.
andrew@longy.com can send e-mails to all the big names like yahoo, AOL, freeserver etc EXCEPT to other e-mails (certain customers). Error is:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
info@xxxxxx.com on 06/03/2007 10:36
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <mx1.longy.com #5.5.0 smtp;550-Verification failed for <andrew@longy.com>>.
support@longy.com is also having the same problems.
I've got another exhange box for a different company set up the same in every detail for exchange and that has no problems what so ever!
