Easy mods to start

Anyone got any tips for easy mods to a 16v??

Was thinking along the lines of hillpower induction kit

Full stainless system including manifold

Will this make a noticeable difference??

mainfolds bout £300 alone but will give u bout 6/8 BHP

the zorst system and IK will give the engine better breathin and give ya bout 6BHP

most people will argue that the IK will loose u power so u could jus get a replacement element from K&N, pipercross or hillpower which will give proberly be bettter

A pannel filter with a good air supply. Magnex cat back exhaust and any decat will get the ball rolling. But if you can afford it then a bmc or viper induction kit along with a uni chip will get you to about 150+bhp.

Before you start modifying though make sure the cars had a good service i.e pluggs leads dizzy cap rotor arm fuel filter oil and oil filter and gearbox oil might be worth having the injectors cleaned as well if its done a fair old miles.

Its done 76000. Only had it 6 weeks. Bought private.

Just had oil change, oil filter, new plugs, new coolant etc.

Thought about upgrading the leads as it takes a bit to start.

Got full renault service history up to cambelt change ( as renault wanted extortionate amount of dough to do it). Lady owner before was a bit of a kerb hugger, need to get the wheels refurbed too!!
