damn i only have solo, ffs lol.............i even thought of getting round it by calling their payment number with skype, because i have some credit on there from a while back..........but they dont let you call 900 numbers, DOH!

so get a big boys debit card

if you are over 18 there isn't really any excuse for not having a proper visa debit card.

how can you survive with no proper debit card though? don't tell me that you pay cash for stuff like petrol? something like that would actually cause me to move banks if they couldn't offer a proper debit card.

nah nah petrol, shops, cash machines and everything are fine with solo, out in the world............its just most places online are so slow in deciding to accept solo.............i.e easynews, only accept visa and mastercard etc..........

Joining 2 banks FTW. I'm with natwest and they only gave me a solo too. It's mostly fine to use for UK/euro purchases, only trouble i've had is with US sites.
