what about the middle belt? or do willys not come with them?
They do, and about £60 new I think?

We have the whole set.. but yea.. £17 is way too cheap.. worth at least £50/£60.

£10 delivery probably aint far off if using post.. they are quite heavy..

Actually thinkign about it there is a fair bit of weight in seatbelts, a tenner is prolly spot on.

My 6x9s coist me £8 to send and they weight abut the same, if not less

yeh, im happy anyway, been after some for yonks. Only thing is, im getting buckets in 3 weeks..lol...

Bargain? Maybe.

Why were the belts removed? If its cause the car was destroyed in a big crash, then I would NOT use those belts.

Bargain? If you crash and these belts dont do their job proper, NO!

BigChris, have you got the belts yet?

Is it even possible to check that the belts have not been stressed and therefore dangerous to reuse?

Is it possible to check the rachets are not buckled or cracked inside, even if they appear to work?

Wouldnt really say hes moaning, he got a fair point. You dont want your back seat passenger flying towards you at 40-50mph in crash do you? Sounds like a good price, even if you get buckets youll want to keep the seatbelts in for 5 min journeys, believe me.

Seatbelts save lives every day but they are more than just a bit of cloth.

Once a seltbelt has been stretched its effectiveness is dramatically reduced and can actually cause serious injuries. Also after a crash and scrapyard treatment they could have been impregnated with oil, petrol, brakefluid, fire extuinguishant which may destroy its strength WITHOUT APPEARING TO BE FAULTY.

In short, youve made a slight saving but you may be risking your life!
