Ebay reporting

How do you go about reporting ebay members that sell copied DVDs?

Some bloke sold me DVDs that are copies, so i left negative feedback so he then responds by leaving me negative feedback. Some people really dont understand how to use it!

So im quite pi$$ed off with him, and i do believe piracy is a crime so gonna report him.

Anyone know how to?

That's always the flaw with feedback. You can fulfil your end of the deal but they can still leave you negative feedback in retaliation if they wish.

I sometimes try to trick them by emailing them to say
"I have recieved the dvds and will leave positive feedback as soon as it's left for me. Sorry but I do it this was as many people forget once I've left it for them."
Usually they take the bait, leave you positive, then boosh, you hit them with negative.

That said it's rare I leave neg.

Or you can leave it til 90 days, then leave negative. That gives them 1 day to retaliate before the auction history is cleared.

^^ Your cold man!!! lol

I won an auction and then the guy would not sell it to me, unless I gave him another £25 quid then the fooker leaves me neg that said in Caps "BE AWARE" fooking ass!!!

Told Ebay and they didnt want to know said consider it a "war wound" Really annoyed me as all other feedback has been good.

You can reply to feedback though, so can explain what happened.

hmmm i was going to say if it was a film not out in the UK yet then it was your own fault but they have been out for a while. How much did u pay for them?

how much they cost is often a good indication as to weather they are copies or not! i have found that most things are cheaper on amazon marketplace or play.com than they are on ebay.

The best indication i have found is when the auction says.....
Quoted from the auction:
looks like to good to be ture, but they are 100% real, no fakes, and no copies at all. If u still not sure what u buying, ask me for details.

Mmmm, if he says so.
