eBay short shift any good?

Looking to shorten the throw, but keep everything oem looking. Are these eBay pins any good? Anyone had any experience?

Short shifters don't work to well with the clio gearbox, as it rushes the syncro mesh. At least that's my limited understanding.

Basically they're a no go, and given the above i'd definitely avoid a 30% reduction.

Yanoo does a 10% reduction, which you might be able to get away with, but again, most will advise against going down that route.
