EBC Ultimax pads?

Has anyone used EBC Ultimax pads with standard discs? if so any good?

TBH with you they are no better than the standard pads that you have on the car already. If you wanted a better pad you are better off looking at eaither the Greenstuff/Redstuff, or go down the route of looking at Mintex Extreme, Ferodo those sort of options.

I have used what EBC call blackstuff pads before and i didnt notice any difference at all. I changed over to a Tarrox fast road pad, and the difference was incredable, as soon as you touched the brake the car pretty much stopped

Greenstuff are good

Have to be careful with pad/disc setup...a lot of performance pads for track use take a lot of time to build up the heat needed for them to grip and they'll b**ger the std discs as well.
