obviously an unfinished 1.2 to 2.0 ltr conversion as mentioned before. Although having said that it looks like hes got the 3 most difficult parts to source... front bumper, wings and skirts. The rear bumpers and wheels are often about ,then itd just need spraying up Not a bad project if somebody has the means to get it completed.
