Its about a comparison drawn between the 16v & Williams, but dont understand what the writer exactly means near end off paragraph.

I just read it. Basically he contradicts himself a bit and then goes into writers cramp! One minute its the best car then a more subtle car, then a sporty car! Christ he waffles!
