Eibach Sportline Springs

Can any advise if the sportline kit is able to be used with OE dampers or do you have to use dampers designed for lowered springs?

It's fine to be used with std dampeners.

I know everyone raves bout the eibach springs and i had them on my impreza with the prodrive pack and they were great and more comfortable than standard, is it a similar case with the clio?

Just fitted some to my Cup and they are just as comfortable as standard but stiffen up nicely when you need them too, well worth £120 mate.

well chuffed with mine - i have OE dampers. seams to feel bumps smother and really stiffens when needs be. If your looking to buy them tweeks sold me mine for £125 as they price matched (seeing as your in N.wales so can pick them up)

I know they had 3 sets in stock last week, but i had one of them. They price matched for me so i got them for £123 delivered so you should you get a good deal if they have any in. As said though a 172 Cup will not be as low as other Clios on Sportlines.

Just picked up the springs, and got my discount as was staff which was good!! glad the ride height not too low as too old for that lol

Will post pics of mine when its settled (next weekend). I still dont get why the Cups dont lower as much as other Clios. I understand that they are lower to start with so the actual amount they drop by will be less than other Clios but i'm sure they should sit the same after fitting, unless i'm missing something?

yep about 90kg in weight between the cup and the normal 2.0, the front has lowered nicely now going start the back, ive just checked the top mount mod and to be honest i dont think i took quite enough off the sleeve but the car not banging.

Hmm, i dunno if its just the weight difference tbh, i had 3 passengers in the car yesterday and it didnt look as low as the picture above. But then the springs have only done 100miles so it could get lower i suppose.

mine didnt fully go down untill a good few weeks iirc
