Eibachs question

Ive read a few posts on lowering springs for a cup and not sure what ones to go for.

BB say they do a lot of -40mm springs, too low in my mind?? They also do the Pi ones but theyre only -25mm & -15mm.

But, Id rather go for Eibachs but have heard theyre not a big drop, only -10mm? I checked out the motorsportworld site and it say theyre a -30mm drop.

Can anyone help?

Eibachs on the 172/182/Cup will give you an EXTRA 10-15mm drop. The suspension is already lowered on these models so if you were to lower say a Dynamique then you may get the -30mm drop which is where that measurement may come from ?

Personally I am very impressed and happy with the ride height and quality now I have fitted the Eibachs but then I dont like the look on cars where the tyres are hidden in the arches. I would rather have good handling first and foremost.

cant help with exact drops, but to help you decide, I measured a standard Cup before having my car lowered.

the cup was 25 mm lower than my pre-mod standard Dynamique, and looked a bit high, so I went for 40mm!
