elec windows (again) but on mk2 ph1

This one touch on the button for the electric windows - even my drivers window button has to be pushed down for the window to go up/down.

Is this correct?

I have a 2000 V reg Clio Alize btw

Im not exactly sure what you mean but my car is a 2000X and that doesnt have one touch.

I mean that if you press the button for around 2 secs and let it go, the window will automatically go up to the top or the bottom.

Also does your elec windows go up when you turn your ignition off?

RXE is better spec than the Alize, must be a class thing!

I havent got 1 touch on my 2000W grande, and the ignition needs to be on to operate them

a couple of years I think mate, dont think a lot of RXEs were sold so you have a rare(ish) car. The Alize is an RT with a few more bits of kit (fogs, A/C, sunroof)

I looked at a 1.6 RXE before I got mine but it was so obvious it had been in a big crash previously

My one touch started working the other week, it only needs a small tap, say 0.5 sec to send it all the way down/up. Any longer and it just behaves normally.

Did the RXE come with alloys? Maybe a better trim level or something like that

yeah it ahs alloys, and thinking bout it the seats are kinda semi-buckets#. ooh also it has a magic button that appear to do nothing. its tucked away at the top left corner above the ash tray, half under the centre console
