electric window borken

the window fell down while washing the car the other day, so took the door card off to find 1 of the plastic clips that goes on the metal runner was broken is there anywhere i can just buy this clip

i've looked for a new window regulator on the internet and found euro car parts the cheapest at £71 is there anywhere that will do it for cheaper and also what do you get when you buy the regulator

is it the clip on the regulator or the clip that holds the glass to the regulator?

what is the regulator!! its the top white clip the goes on the metal runner with a wire in it that goes back to the motor.
