Is this a difficult/expensive job?

For the last couple of months my drivers window has been goaning every time I close it and its just got worse and worse.

Now if you have both windows open fully and press both buttons simultaneously the passenger side closes about 1-2 secs before the drivers one. It has slowed down that much.

I am presuming the motor is knackered?

Try spraying some product of silicon base (Back to black) into your window guides at the front and rear of the door, should ease the pressure slightly!
