2nd time this has happened now.
First time, I went into SMS in Stirling to get my exhaust looked at, it had been rattling and they noticed a joint clamp was knackered so they unclipped the lambna sensor (atleast I think thats what it was), held the Cat end of the xhaust up on a pole whilst they prepped it and put a new clamp on it. Connected the plug up again, job's a good 'un. Start her up and all I'm getting is the engine cutting out several times, wont ilde well at all and the electronics light is on the dash. They put it back up, double check everyting is ok and same happens! Give it some revs to get me up to the Reno garage but all is ok when i leave the carpark!
Today, I went to the same place to get two new front tyres and the exact same fault occurs, engine cut out about half a dozen times before I could get out the car park and then all was fine again. Both times never missed a beat once I was out their carpark and was all ok before I went in.
Anyone know why this is happening?
