we havent found a great one they tend to do some stuff and not others usually

as above, we've got Enterprise Vault here. not had it long but it seems to be working a treat so far!..

Using it for e-mail & file server archiving.

Symantec Enterprise Vault seems to work pretty well. They had it at my last company.
