email help urgent

recieved a important email but it came through to my bulk mail and i always just delete all the emails without looking at them, but after i pressed delete i noticed the one i need amongst the bulk ones. is there a way to retrieve the email back or is it gone for good?

go to your trash can asap

usually they delete them every 24 hours or 3 days

should be in there

i did this the other day with a potential new employer.

I have yahoo mail, and there was nothing i could do but email the sender, apologise and ask for a re send.
