EML light on p0130

  BMW M3, Clio 172
Hi, I have a track day booked for tomorrow (Monday) at brands however my track car ( 172 ph1) has the Eml light on and is smelling like its running rich. It came on after I cleaned the idle control valve because it was stalling. It cured the stalling problem but created a new one. The fault code is P0130 bank 1 sensor 1 which points to the front lambda sensor. My question is will this affect my day tomorrow and is there anything I can do to fix this. Has it got a limp mode and will it go into limp because of this fault. It isn't road legal so I can't try it out until tomorrow but it seems to be running ok. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I had a Bank 1 lambda sensor fault for months (P0130) and my car drove fine and never went into limp mode.

Got the sensor replaced and its never been on since then and car runs fine
